The regulator consists of a power transformer providing serial voltage compensation. The transformer design has been optimized to obtain a high-performance (around 99%) and low-cost regulator.
An automatic controller monitors the output voltage and sets the right compensation.
The regulator is manufactured in compliance with European (EN 50160) and American (ANSI C84-1) standards.
The ART model is made in an IP-55, self-ventilating, polyester cabinet (EN 60529), IK-10 (EN 50102) and can be installed both indoors and outdoors, isolated from the ground on a small concrete foundation or a metal base plate, which also avoids moisture.
The CB model is designed for outdoors conditions (watertight) and is pole-mounted.
